We're so happy to be back!!!

What an unforgettable year this last year has been. I don't know where to start, but I just want to say a big thank you to every single one of our customers for your patients you have given us, while we've been in lockdown . We really hope that our doors are permanently open for the rest of the year.

I wanted to give you all an update which is a longtime over due from us.

As some of you know Jemma our head designer was pregnant before the first lockdown. Her little girl Beatrice made a very early surprise appearance last April...in Scotland. She joins us back in the studio in May and we can't wait for her to get back into her designing chair. We are also delighted to tell you that in February this year our goldsmith James also has had his second baby, a girl called Rosie.

During the first lockdown I took it upon myself to finally do our huge shop re-fit/overhaul which we have been anticipating for quite some time, we now have a fresh new appearance. The great news is that now we have the ability to do two design consultations at one time, along with more space for our customers. It's certainly different so please do come along and take a peek.

Amazingly in these troubled times we have grown as a team. Dean firstly joined us back in July 2020 to be our 4th goldsmith. He has had 15 years experience in the industry already. To start with Dean will mainly be focusing on jewellery repairs. That makes us now a team of 7. Matthew (19 years experience), James (21 years experience), Dean and Myself (Andrew has 30 years experience) in the workshop along with Jemma, Emma and Helen in the studio/shop front. I think one day we need to try and mix the female/male studio/goldsmith ratio so let's hope we can add and change that in the future.

Once Covid restrictions lift further we can't wait to get back to normality and also be able to provide our wedding ring workshops which were just starting to take off as Covid hit. We have lots of grand plans that we would love to achieve including having an online shop finally and more presence on social media platforms.

We are so proud of where we have come over the past several years and we wouldn't be where we are today without our amazing customers. I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart and hope to see you soon.
